The Gulfcoast Holiday Homes is a Tourist hotel. Located in City Center area. Shopping is within walking distance and the nightlife/restaurants are located in the hotel.

Located in various residential Gulf Coast communities scattered throughout the areas of Sarasota/Bradenton, Englewood, Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Naples and Marco island. All homes are within a 20 - 30 minute drive of local beaches and five to ten minutes drive to shops and restaurants. Each home is individually owned and furnished and decorated according to the taste of the owner, so all have their own unique appeal. All have the same facilities and standards of comfort. Homes will sleep two people per bedroom and are equipped with sufficient bed linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils, for the size of party. Features of the home include but are not limited to: * Swimming pool with furnished patio for lounging and dining * Three or four bedrooms * Two bathrooms * Colour Cable Television * Telephone with free local dialing * Air conditioning Lounge/Dining Area:Spacious lounge with settee, coffee table, television and dining area with table and chairs Kitchen:Fully equipped with a hob, oven and grill. Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal and coffee maker. Washing machine and drier are either in the kitchen or situated in a separate utility room Bedrooms:Master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Guest bedrooms have double or twin beds. All bed linens provided BathroomsIn addition to the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, there will be a second bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. Bathroom towels are provided Patio:Each home has its own swimming pool with a furnished patio- table/chairs/sun loungers
