The Tides Inn Hotel is located in the appealing community of Irvington, Virginia, close to the Chesapeake Bay on the peninsula overlooking Carters Creek, nearby the Potomac River and the Rappahannock River. The five-star small property was reconstructed in 1947 on a farm that offers a unique mix of southern charm and hospitality with a modern approach to gracious attentiveness. The venue includes five quays, 18-hole golf course, full service spa, daily yacht cruises and four restaurants. Guests are provided with 106 guestrooms enveloped in Egyptian linens and British colonial style, and featuring personal balcony, decadent mattresses, CD and DVD players, mini-bar, private marble bathroom and work desk with complimentary internet connection. The property offers two different restaurants with an assortment of fabulous cuisine to match any mood, including regional specialties with select wines and casual light menu.
