The 12-room hotel de charme began life as a corn mill and still has a fully functioning water wheel at the front of the building. Refurbished in 2009, the hotel provides stylish modern d�cor and comfortable surroundings. The bar opens on to delightful outside seating area which can be enjoyed over the summer months. A gun cabinet is available if guests are hunting in the area. In addition to a lobby area with a hotel safe, further facilities available to guests at this family-friendly establishment include a restaurant and a car park.

From the south, cross the Forth Road Bridge and follow the A90. Continue onto the M90. Exit at junction 10, exit towards the A9/Inverness/A85/Crianlarich/Stirling. At Broxden Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A9 heading to Inverness, exit onto the A924 towards the A93. Follow the road into Pitlochry and the hotel is situated on the right.
