The building was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 1998, and some refurbishments were made in 2006 and 2007. It offers a total of 274 guestrooms spread over 9 floors, of which 20 are singles and 254 double/twin rooms. Guests are offered a spacious foyer with lifts, a currency exchange desk and a TV room.
