The hotel is surrounded by an attractive lush green environment typical of northern Spain. Comprising a total of 30 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. A caf�, bar, breakfast room, conference facilities, WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services are additionally provided. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park and guests may hire bicycles on site.

Take either exit number 7 towards Pontejos/Pedre�a (CA-141) or exit number 11 towards Heras/Pedre�a (CA-145) off the A-8 Santander-Bilbao motorway. Passing through Pedre�a guests will cross over the Pedre�a Bridge and arrive in Somo. Stay on the CA-141 (do not enter the town of Somo) and continue on the same road which rises upwards for approximately 900 metres until reaching a roundabout. Turn left into Barrio Arna. Continue straight ahead until reaching a stop sign at the end of the road. Turn left into Arna Street and the hotel can be found just a few metres ahead on the left-hand side. There is a car park alongside the hotel.
