Swiss-Belhotel Resort Masirah Island is a deluxe resort in Oman situated on the borders of the breeding grounds of turtles, making it a perfect destination for nature lovers. Masirah is located 15 kms off the southeast coast of Oman in the Arabian Peninsula with miles of isolated sandy beaches and known for its wildlife. It hosts all four of Oman?s nesting species of Turtles and is world famous as the home of the largest population of Loggerhead Turtles. In the vicinity of the resort is a Museum and a Sanctuary featuring the flora and fauna of this unique destination. Also, for travellers with an edge for adventure there are umpteen nautical sports to choose from. This resort houses 21 guestrooms with facilities that include an outdoor swimming pool, free wireless internet in public areas, and a restaurant serving quality cuisine.
