The hotel was renovated in 2006 and has a total of 22 apartments in three villas, as well as wonderful gardens and a terrace. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk and a hotel safe. A breakfast room and an Internet connection via WLAN also feature. There is also a laundry service, a bicycle hire facility, a playground for younger visitors and parking for those arriving by car.

Marco Polo airport is situated 12 km away overland and 10 km from Venice, and is well connected with public transport links to Venice (by water and land, and Mestre Railway Station). The motorway link inaugurated in 1991 connects Marco Polo Airport directly to the road network. A water bus travels every 40 minutes to the airport.
