The other three bedrooms are furnished respectively with a double bed, two twin beds and a single bed; the night area, which is also accessed from the entrance hall, comprises a second bathroom with shower stall. Linens and towels provided.\nThe kitchen, the living room and three bedrooms overlook the Tiber; moreover, two bedrooms open onto a long, narrow balcony. All windows and balcony doors are fitted with double glazed, soundproofed windows. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms, but in the smallest bedroom.\nPerfect for a family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and bright ambience; ideally located at the very heart of the Rome of the Renaissance.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
