The hotel condition was good except the rooms where damp due to heavy rail during this time. Rooms were clean and maintained but bed sheets could have been cleaner. For the price the standard of the room was good. Hot water, cable connection and proper car parking was provided. The hotel service had to be asked for but once being asked they did not hesitate to provide good service. The hotel staffs were helpful in giving information and extended help whenever asked for. For the money being charged it was great and as the location was at the heart of the place it was worth paying the money. Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants, ATM were walk able distance. It is near to the Madikeri fort, Raja seat and Omkareshwara Temple. One could hear the Morning Prayer with the temple bell ringing from the hotel
