A Polynesian lodge close to nature located in the Marquesas Islands, the Hanakee Hiva Oa Pearl Lodge faces the majestic Mount Temetiu (3903 feet) and offers amazing views of Traitors Bay, the Bordelais canal, the small island of Hanakee and in the distance the precipitous volcanic island of Tahuata. A 200Â° panoramic view from the restaurant, bar and terrace displays the breathtaking splendor and wild beauty of the Marquesas. The fresh water infinity swimming pool also overlooks this remarkable scenery. 6 Bay View Family Suites, 6 Mountain View and 8 Premium Ocean View Bungalows are perched hillside, nestled in the surrounding countryside with views over the bay of Tahauku, the valley of Tehueto and Mount Temetiu. Each has the individual touch of one of twenty local artists and sculptors. All feature an outdoor terrace, air conditioning, television, video, IDD telephone, hair dryer, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities and an in-room safe.
