The hotel was opened in 1992 and redecorated in 2002. It is the tallest and largest hotel in Suzhou and offers meeting rooms of various sizes among many other facilities. Offering a total of 400 rooms, this air-conditioned hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon.
