The hotel was constructed in the late Baroque style and radiates a feeling of grandeur and southern charm. Renovated in 2005, it consists of a main building and a neighbouring building, with a total of 70 apartments spread across three floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a cloakroom. Further facilities at this family-friendly resort include a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a cafe, a bar, a pub, a theatre, and an Internet connection. A sprawling summer garden surrounds the swimming pool with terrace - the sense of calm and cosiness in everywhere. Guests can take advantage of the room service and laundry services, there is a playground for younger visitors, and those arriving by car may make use of the parking facilities.

If arriving by car, drive to Sunny Beach and from there take the road to St Vlas. On entering St Vlas, follow the main road and turn right at the sign marked ""Yuzhen Brjag"". Then continue in the direction of the sea, turn left at the sea, and the hotel will be found in less than one minute.
