The resort estate slopes down to the sea and has direct access to the water. Facing south-southwest it overlooks the picturesque bay of Nessebar. The complex comprises 108 apartments, some of them in a maisonette style, situated in 13 buildings. The apartments are arranged in three parallel rows, each apartment having open views to the sea thanks to the slope of the land. The roof terraces illustrate the luxury the complex offers, each one boasting a barbecue and Jacuzzi. The villa settlement has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, playground, park alleys and a guarded parking lot. Room and laundry services are available.

Follow the main road from Sunny Beach into Sveti Vlas. Go ahead and on your right side you will see a sign with Dolce Vita pointing to a right turn. Turn at the sign, go some 100 m ahead towards the sea and you will see the complex on your right side.
