The spacious living room, fitted with three large windows overlooking the gardens of the building, is furnished with three white leather armchairs, a table for 4/6 people, a small secretaire, a large bookcase and a TV. On the other side of the house is located the fully equipped semi eat-in kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, a small fridge, an electric oven, a small extensible table and the access to the balcony. The kitchen can also be accessed from an independent entrance, and next to it is a single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.\nThe remaining sleeping area is located next to the living room and includes a double bedroom with a double bed, a double bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom with shower.\nThe whole apartment was renovated in May 2010.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities.
