FLIGHT CLASSES
Turkish Airlines provides two travel classes
- Business Class: Business class passengers are privileged with special inflight and on the ground services. For faster check-in, Business class passengers check-in in a special counter. They are also granted access to airport lounges. Lounges are equipped with business zones to complete pending business activities, foods and drinks are offer complimentary. Inflight services feature space and comfort. Seats are wide and they recline to 180 degrees converting into fully flat beds with a length of 188cm. They are equipped with in-seat sockets and a lamp to enable passengers read at night. In some aircrafts model, seats are equipped with a massage function. Business class passengers on board are offered wide varieties of meals prepared by internationally certified chefs. It offers the passengers the latest entertainment facilities where seats are equipped by individual screens supported by entertainment system of the latest movies, TV shows, radio channels and games. Sleeping accessories are offered for free on long haul flights.
- Economy Class: Travelling on Economy class on board is cost-effective where the passengers can purchase air tickets at reasonable price and enjoy amazing travel experience. Seats on Economy class are comfortable as they are equipped with adjustable headrest and footrest with a seat pitch of 78 cm. Seats are equipped in-seat sockets and screens supported by AVOD system to enjoy watching TV shows, various range of movies, audio and games. On long haul flights, sleeping accessories are offered cost-free.

BAGGAGE POLICY
- Business class: Business class passengers are allowed to check-in a total weight of no more than 30 kgs, and to carry two pieces of baggage, each piece not exceeding 8 kgs.
Business class passengers to and from the United States are allowed two pieces of checked baggage; each piece may not exceed 32 kgs. They are allowed two carry-on two bags of no more than 8 kgs each piece.
- Economy class: Economy class passengers are allowed to check-in a total weight of not more than 20 kgs and to carry one piece weighing no more than 8 kgs to passengers cabins.
From and to the United States, Economy class passengers are allowed to two pieces of checked baggage. The maximum weight for each piece may not exceed 23 kgs. In addition, They are allowed one carry-on bag not exceeding 8 kgs.
- In addition to the carry-on baggage, it allows passengers to carry an additional personal item by hand such as a laptop bag, camera, or a personal handbag.
- Turkish Airlines baggage policy may vary sometimes depending on the passengers’ final destinations, so it is recommended that travellers check the size of permitted baggage during the booking process.

Booking procedures and issuance of boarding pass:
Passengers on board Turkish Airlines can easily complete their booking procedures through online booking. It enables travellers to print their boarding passes. Boarding pass can be printed online as early as 24 hours and upto 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.
